Organization has been perfected step-by-step according to the necessities of self-building and progress of the technology center. Necessary departments responsible for development of new products have come into existence, including 4 product design offices, 2 technique and tool set-up offices, science and technology information standard office, Computer center, archives office, trial-manufacturing workshop, etc.

Now we employ more than 200 technicians. By continuous staff training, recruiting and adjustment, our technology center has now been filled with qualified staff.
